  • Custom Orders: All neon lights are made-to-order based on your specifications. Once an order is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.

  • Pricing: All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR). Prices may change without prior notice. Taxes, shipping charges, or additional fees will be shown at checkout.

  • Payment Methods: We accept all major payment methods (credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking, wallets, etc.). Full payment must be made at the time of placing the order.

3. Shipping & Delivery

  • We ship across most regions in India. Estimated delivery timelines will be shared after your order is processed.

  • Delays: While we try to deliver on time, Neon Tara is not responsible for delays caused by courier services, customs, or events beyond our control.

  • Damaged Goods: If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos/video proof. We will provide a replacement or refund as per our Refund Policy.

4. Warranty

  • All custom neon lights come with a 1-year warranty from the date of delivery.

  • Warranty covers manufacturing defects only.

  • Warranty does not cover damage caused by mishandling, accidents, improper installation, or external conditions (like water damage, fire, or power surge).

5. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

  • Custom Products: Since each neon light is custom-made, orders cannot be cancelled or returned once production starts.

  • Defective/Incorrect Products: If your product is defective or not as per your approved design, please contact us within 48 hours. A replacement/refund will be arranged after verification.
