At Neon Tara !, we want every customer to be satisfied with their neon products. Please read our policies carefully before making a purchase.


1. Order Cancellations

  • Orders are processed immediately after placement.

  • Cancellations are allowed only within 1 hour of placing the order.

  • To cancel, contact us immediately:

  • Refunds (if applicable) may take 1–2 working days to process.


2. Returns & Refunds

a) Customised Products

  • Non-returnable, non-exchangeable, and non-refundable due to the custom nature of the product.

b) Predesigned Products

  • Can be exchanged within 7 days of delivery.

  • Customer must pay forward and return shipping charges.

  • Replacement will be delivered within 7 business days.

c) Damaged or Incorrect Products

  • Report damaged, broken, or incorrect items immediately via photos and videos, including unboxing footage.

  • Wrong or defective items will be replaced upon verification.

  • Forward and return shipping fees are to be paid by the customer (may be refunded in genuine cases).

  • We reserve the right to reject false claims.

  • We are not responsible for damage during return shipping unless a trackable shipping service is used.


3. Refund Timeline

  • Once approved, refunds will be processed within 5 business days.

  • COD orders are not eligible for refunds, but replacements can be provided.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless otherwise stated.

  • Return address will be provided once your claim is verified.

  • Always use a trackable shipping service to ensure the item reaches us safely.
