At Neon Tara, we aim to deliver your custom neon lights safely and on time. Orders are typically processed within 5–6 business days (Monday–Friday, 9 AM–6 PM IST). Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the size of the order.
Due to the handcrafted nature of our products, slight delays may occur. We appreciate your patience.
2. Shipping Methods & Costs

Standard Shipping: Free on all orders.

Express Shipping: Available at checkout for an additional INR 2000.
Orders are shipped from Mumbai using reliable couriers like BlueDart, Delhivery, FedEx, EcomExpress, and ShipRocket.
3. Delivery Times

Domestic Orders: 6–8 business days.

Custom Neon Products: Production takes 2–4 days, plus 2–7 days for shipping.
Delivery to Delhi NCR may be faster. Design approvals may slightly extend processing time.
4. Order Tracking
After dispatch, a tracking link will be sent via email to monitor your shipment in real time.

5. Damaged or Lost Parcels

Damaged Parcels: Contact us immediately with photos or videos of the damage. If possible, reject the parcel from the courier.

6. Change of Delivery Address
Delivery address can be updated before the order is dispatched. Once dispatched, orders will be shipped to the original address provided at checkout.
7. Out of Stock Items
If an item is out of stock, it will be cancelled and refunded, and the remaining items will be shipped as scheduled.
